“Spotlight Suppers” Debut for WLI on April 11

ULI Advisory Services Panel on Affordable & Mixed-Income Housing: Presentation to City of Dallas

On Friday, March 4, a panel of ten distinguished ULI members from around the country presented their recommendations on housing policies for the City of Dallas.  The presentation took place in the City Council chambers and was attended by members of the Dallas City Council, senior staff members, local housing groups and members of the development community.  The panel’s summary presentation can be viewed by clicking the link below; a longer and more detailed report will be published in a few weeks. City Series: Focus on Fort Worth was a Sold-Out Success!

August Breakfast Forum Recap: Joint Meeting with GDPC, on the new “D2” DART line alternatives in the CBD
