ULI North Texas NEXT includes those ULI members between the ages of 35 and 45 who are seeking that next level of leadership as mid-career professionals. NEXT events such as this one provide ways to engage in ULI, network with like-minded professionals, fine-tune your leadership skills, learn something new in the industry, and have FUN!
This event is now open to all ULI members and member prospects and will include coverage of the following topics relative to Deep Ellum:

- Current projects new developments
- The anticipated overall economic impact
