    Kelli Carhart

    Freddie Mac Multifamily

    Kelli Carhart is a Vice President of Multifamily Production & Sales at Freddie Mac. She runs the Central Region of Freddie Mac Multifamily and is responsible for overseeing annual originations in excess of $14 billion across the 15 states within the Central Region. Ms. Carhart manages a 16-person production team located in Chicago and within the Texas offices of Austin, Houston, and Dallas. She successfully oversaw the Texas satellite office expansion into Houston and Dallas, increasing Freddie Mac’s presence in a state with over $8 billion in annual originations. During her fifteen-year tenure at Freddie Mac, Ms. Carhart has personally sourced over $7 billion in multifamily transactions. She is also actively involved in Freddie Mac’s student housing platform, serving as Freddie Mac’s student housing representative for the Central and Western Regions of Freddie Mac. Ms. Carhart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

    Kevin Westra

    Director Real Estate Investments, Northwestern Mutual

    Kevin Westra is the Regional Director of the Central Region for Northwestern Mutual. He has been involved in commercial real estate finance for over 21 years. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual in 2004, he originated commercial mortgage loans for AEGON. His team originates approximately $1.5 billion of real estate investments (commercial mortgage loans, acquisitions and JV equity developments) on an annual basis in the Central United States. His team is also responsible for servicing and appraising the existing real estate portfolio. Kevin is currently an active member of NAIOP and The Real Estate Council. He also previously served on The Real Estate Council Board for several years. He received both a BBA and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Iowa.

    Lance Wright

    Managing Director, ACORE Capital

    Lance Wright is a Managing Director for ACORE Capital and operates out of the firm’s Dallas, Texas office. He manages the Central Region for ACORE which includes both the Southwest and Midwest areas of the United States and he originates roughly $1 billion of debt volume per year. Prior to his current role, Lance was a Regional Director at GE Capital Real Estate where he oversaw the origination efforts in the Central portion of the United States.
