At a young age, Fred aspired to be an NFL football player and “one of those guys that draws buildings.” He accepted a college football scholarship at a school with a reputable architecture program. When his short-lived football career ended, he turned his attention to architecture and design. In his career, Fred has been recognized for both award-winning projects and his experimental delineation work. He gravitates toward an all-encompassing process that leads to well-executed architectural responses. “I enjoy guiding a rigorous, inclusive and integrated team approach to the work that creates the highest value for the client.” For Fred, sports and entertainment projects require finesse to create a sensory-packed fan experience. “While the venues we influence are vital for our clients, we should not lose sight of the opportunity to provide value-driven solutions for the communities we serve and shape.”
