Ashley Glover | RealPage
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Ashley Glover serves as the executive vice president and chief operating officer for RealPage, where she is responsible for managing international operations and all customer acquisition, assimilation and retention organizations.
Ms. Glover has served in multiple roles at RealPage, most recently as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. For eight years prior to 2012, she led some of the largest divisions in the company, broadening her sales, service, operations and product management experience. Ashley was formerly with McKinsey and Company’s Dallas office working with technology, consumer, and retail clients. She represents RealPage on the National Multifamily Housing Council and the National Apartment Association. She received her B.S. in Computer Science, magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
Chris Garrick | Dialexa
Chris Garrick is a Senior Partner at Dialexa, where his primary responsibilities include partnering with clients who are undertaking digital transformation initiatives, bringing together Dialexa’s offerings to deliver against an organization’s core business objectives as they go through periods of significant technological change.
Chris joins the Dialexa leadership team with more than 20 years of strategy, operational and consulting experience specializing in digital transformation, and has helped several companies enable their strategic capabilities through technology. He has founded two technology companies and held various leadership positions across the energy, finance and technology industries. Chris spent the past five years at CBRE where he served as Global SVP of Technology and Innovation focused on leading technology transformation strategy development and new tech identification, introduction and incubation. Chris studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts and earned an MBA at Southern Methodist University, where he graduated with distinction.
