Dear ULI Member,
ULI Members |
Have you ever wanted to make an impact in ULI but didn’t know how?
As ULI continues to encourage diversity and inclusion within our membership and the real estate industry, ULI’s global board has emphasized the development of programs that reach out to people of color and women.
The ULI North Texas’ Membership Committee, in partnership with ULI NEXT, is developing a new member liaison program with the Real Estate Associate Program (“REAP”) that is intended to encourage talented minority professionals to become active ULI members and support their growth in the real estate industry.
REAP is an industry-backed, market-driven program that serves as a bridge between talented minority professionals and commercial real estate companies looking for talent. REAP’s recruiting process is highly selective, attracting students who have made their mark in other fields such as architecture, accounting, banking, construction, engineering, financial analysis, information systems, law, and sales.
See more about Project REAP by visiting their website.
REAP is supported by the industry’s leading companies and trade associations like ULI, NAIOP, ICSC, BOMA, Duke Realty, CBRE, JPMC, CCIM, and many more.
