The first of the two-part WLI “101” program on real estate finance will be held on April 8. In order to accommodate different levels of expertise, this series will provide information at both an introductory and a more advanced level. Here’s the new lineup:
Part I: “The Parlance of Finance”—basic real estate finance terms and concepts led by Mollie Mossman, The Brinkman Corporation
Wednesday, April 8, 5:30 pm at the ULI office, 6060 North Central, Suite 101
Class size limited to 25; RSVP firstname.lastname@example.org
We’ll have some wine and light appetizers, time for networking, and lots of good information to take away.
Part II will be a more in-depth look at how a debt investor evaluates a real estate project. Carolyn Hubach will lead this program and we will advise you of the date shortly. If you have some experience in the financial side of commercial real estate, you may want to skip Part I, though you are welcome to come and contribute to the lively discussion.
